NTT is currently offering an opportunity as a Facility Administrator.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive workspace for our employees.

You will be part of a dynamic team reporting to the HR Director.

Working at NTT

On the Capellen site, your missions will be diverse.

Facility Management

  • Overseeing providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.

  • Ensuring that facilities are compliant with legal regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

  • Overseeing security of the premises and keep employees safe. You are the security referent of the site, you ensure the deployment and respect of the company's security regulations.

  • Inspecting the premises to determine services and repairs.

  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

  • Being the point of contact of our employees for the IT assets (laptop, mobile phone, badges, headset...).

Knowledge, skills, and attributes

  • Client focus attitude.

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work and to communicate with different level of stakeholders within the group.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes in the work requirements and priorities.

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • You speak French and English.

  • You have the driver's license.
