About the Role

As a Business System Analyst, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for a subset of Badger’s Oracle Cloud Applications platform. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that result to a more effective and efficient organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with functional heads of departments, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus

  • Coordinate and manage cross functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules

  • Scope and Architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions and create documentation, aide end to end testing development and execution

  • Proactively collaborate with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered

Qualifications

What You'll Need for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field

  • 1+ years of related business and/or IT experience

  • 1+ years of business systems analyst experience

  • 1+ years of Oracle Cloud or relative technology experience

  • Understanding of Manufacturing Oracle Cloud application and willing to learn

    In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Badger’s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $64,000.00 - $90,000.00

Compensation may vary and will be determined by the geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include criminal background check, MVR history and drug test.
