Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What You'll Do:

  • Takes initiative in engagement with potential candidates to build relationships and continue to follow-up in a cadence that will provide opportunity to convert to an applicant.

  • Processes, maintains and monitors job requisitions in the applicant tracking system and job boards.

  • Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).

  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job boards, social media, community network events, etc., to source quality candidates.

  • Daily review of new applicants and screening for best candidates to recommend for interview.

  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.

  • Conducts all pre-employment/onboarding requirements for candidates (ex: references, background checks, pre-employment physicals, etc.)

  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, offer letters, etc.

  • Coordinates orientation of new employees and contracted staff.

  • Works with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary contracted staff as needed.

    What You'll Bring:

  • Associates degree in business, human resources or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • SHRM (CP or SCP) and/or HRCI (PHR or SPHR) certification or a certification related to recruitment preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years of sourcing and recruitment experience in a healthcare environment required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems, HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems required.

  • Strong computer skills with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality required.

  • Experience with sourcing candidates utilizing databases and social media.
