With the launch of the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) program, Snowflake is working to cultivate the most capable and comprehensive ecosystem of partners to support our customers on their journey to the data cloud.

The Snowflake Partner Funds team is actively seeking a talented and energetic Program Manager to help us develop and grow the Partner Funding Programs for partners. We are looking for someone with a deep passion for customers and partners with a desire to influence geographic performance through some of Snowflake's most significant investments. The right individual will be able to work cross group through thought leadership, take end-to-end ownership of driving program strategy and execution, which includes the ability to execute with excellence, work with ambiguity, have an analytical mindset, collaborate well with virtual teams, and have strong internal and external executive-level of communication skills.

AS A PARTNER FUNDS PROGRAM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize, design, and implement channel partner incentives and business processes for global success
  • Strategize, design, and architect program frameworks to accelerate partner growth and adoption of Snowflake products and services
  • Craft and implement comprehensive executions plans to ensure the long term success of the investment programs
  • Establish and maintain regular program performance reviews, leveraging metrics to optimize program efficiency, utilization, and compliance
  • Develop comprehensive program documentations and presentations to articulate benefits, terms, conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing materials on a global scale
  • Drive continuous program improvements and optimization through active engagement with partner and internal feedback, and planning with a roadmap for enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define system and process requirements, prioritizing partner and sales experience in the program infrastructure
OUR IDEAL PARTNER FUNDS MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • 4+ years in experience in channel programs, partner marketing/sales, incentives, and rebates
  • Demonstrated understanding of Channel Partner business models and their pivotal role in solution delivery, sales, and services within the cloud, software, consumption environments
  • Experience in Partner Marketing Development Funds, Solution Development Funds, Training funds, and Enablement Funds
  • BS/BA degree in a related field required
  • Proficiency in planning, designing, and executing a portfolio of programs tailored for external Channel Partners, aligning rewards with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, financial/analytical, and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with executive leadership and channel partners.
  • Track record of success in driving business plans, financial models, and data analytics to support program justification and roadmap development.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) and presentation skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong skills in multi-tasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
  • Demonstrated success in project management and process analysis
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
