Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 IT Product Manager will be a member of Corporate Technology managing the Dynamics 365 product development team. We are looking for applicants with experience with the Sales, Marketing, Case Management and Project Operations Modules of Dynamics 365. The applicant will spend most of their time designing and directing development of new features within the enterprise wide, Microsoft Dynamics suite.

• Manage small to medium team of software developers with MS Dynamics and Power Platform expertise.

• Strong technical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 modules of Sales, Customer Service, Project Automation.

• Own the architecture, design and development of product related changes and implementations.

• Works with clients and delivery team to define business, functional and technical requirements.

• Own Discovery, Planning, and development of product.

• Work with product delivery and stakeholders to prioritize requirements.

• Evaluate and share impact assessment with business and stakeholders.

• Engage in strategic planning and delivery of product related changes.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams for product delivery.

• Engage with product vendors (when needed) to define and develop product solutions.

• Evaluate and assess product offerings to meet the organization’s goals.

• Oversees the development of solutions to meet requirements.

• Responsible for understanding client projects both on a technical level and on a programmatic level.

• Oversees client relationships, needs, requirements, and expectations.

• Defines project scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables that support client needs and requirements.

• Manages task execution and scheduling with delivery team, team members and other stakeholders.

• Coordinates with internal business teams and product delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality results.

• Contributes and delivers progress reports, product design and architecture artifacts, and user training guides and presentations.

• Proactively manages impact analysis and assessments for project scope within the development team, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

• Lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolution events.

• Support the release and implementation of platform and product enhancements.

• Provide support to users in the field for issues escalated to the operations team.

• Interpret customer story requirements to create detailed, formal Dynamics solution designs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding oral and written presentation and communication skills

• Strong client management and relationship building aptitudes.

• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Entrepreneurial problem-solver able to take ownership of and be accountable for projects and relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage simultaneous projects with multiple deadlines and a high degree of accuracy.

• 4-6 years of experience in people management.

• 4-6 years of experience working within an Agile software development organization.

• 4-6 years of experience working within a DevOps SDLC team.

• 4-6 years of demonstrable development experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

• 4-6 years of experience in Power Automate and Java Script.

• Good written and verbal communications skills

• Strong ability to represent and document business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, user stories, etc.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred

Experience: Minimum 4+ years technical project management experience; Minimum 2+ years of project management experience; Minimum 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience

Certification: PMP certification or similar qualification

Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform credentials (preferred)

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $115,000-130,000 and a potential discretionary bonus. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
