Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product Sales and Equipment Rental transactions
• Manage the logistics of accurate personnel, supply, and equipment delivery
• Set up fixed assets in the computer database
• Balance the cash drawer and making daily deposits
• Load and unload equipment for customers
• Inspect equipment before it leaves and as it returns and communicate with the customer about the operation of the equipment, supply, or tool
• Consistent and proper use of call pad or other customer qualification tools

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the rental industry (construction equipment) preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Skill in using basic computerized equipment
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the construction industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of all applicable safety standards, rules, laws, and procedures
• General knowledge of daily processes and procedures of BandG Equipment and Supply
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with coworkers and customers
• Ability to record information in the proper manner in both written work orders and computer databases
• Required to stay up-to-date on industry equipment changes, through continued education
