Google Process Architect, Business Process Re-engineer in Bengaluru, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in driving process decomposition, modeling and transformation roadmap.

  • Experience in Process modeling techniques such as BPMN, SIPOC, Value Stream mapping.

  • Experience in managing Process Modeling tools such as ARIS, Celonis, Signavio.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product management and adoption.

  • Experience recommending best practices and leading decision making processes.

  • Ability to shift between business-focused conversations with a financial leader to a technology-focused conversation with a technology team.

  • Ability to learn new processes and business.

The Finance Business Process Reengineering (FinBPR) team is responsible for providing thought leadership, best practices, and expertise for business-led transformation initiatives supporting process improvement and automation. The team of architects who envision better processes, build them, reliably operate them, and then continually improve upon them use technology to streamline and drive processes that are essential to keeping the organization operating.

As a FinBPR Team Member supporting the Process Modeling platform, you will be responsible for supporting process documentation and improvement for programs/BAU processes. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, develop current and future state, and support employee training on new processes and systems. You will also be responsible for driving solutions to monitor and measure process performance.

  • Develop relationships with Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to develop the strategic transformation roadmap for Process Modeling and Mining solution and governance.

  • Identify areas of improvement, research best practices, and offer guidance and recommendations for process change monitoring and potential solutions.

  • Support transformation activities including current state and future state process maps and integration across finance functions.

  • Translate, communicate, and work in partnership with Engineering organization on how best to deliver on requirements while meeting the SLA requirements.
