Job Overview The Senior Manager, Product Enablement is part of the TFB Solutions Engineering and Commercialization Organization and assists the TFB Product organization in bringing T-Mobile for Business products and services to market. They lead a team of highly experienced Product Managers, Enablement (PME) who engage in extensive activities such as reviewing product plans, business requirements, and business cases to develop commercialization plans which include CX/UX stories, customer journeys, and training plans. PMEs also interface and lead discussions with multiple stakeholder teams including Sales Ops, GTM, ETS, Care, Training, Supply Chains, Legal, Commissions, etc. as needed. Senior Manager, Product Enablement will lead a team of 7-10 PMEs but may vary depending on project workload. They provide exceptional and inspirational leadership, guidance, strategic vision, and technical enablement for their team. They will partner with stakeholder organizations to identify projects, assign team resources, and manage the team through product launch. They are also responsible for all aspects of attracting, hiring, training, and the retention of the positions reporting to them. The Senior Manager, Product Enablement will have a mixture of technical acumen, sales experience, and the ability to create strong relationships with key stakeholders including Product, Sales Ops, GTM, Care, ETS, etc and the leadership across those organization. Senior Manager, Product Enablement will maintain his/her technical skills and industry expertise to the level required by participating in internal and external training or development opportunities. They will also pursue and maintain partner, industry certification as required for their position. Job Responsibilities: Management Activities:Provide leadership, coaching, and teamwork to highly skilled PMEs supporting projects for TfB Product developmentManage team performance to achieve coverage of all required projects and on-time deliveryConduct regular 1:1s with PMEs, coach and counsel, and follow up on coaching conversationsEnsure appropriate skillsets and technical knowledge for yourself and each team memberDetermine headcount, skillsets and other resources needed to achieve sales and organizational targetsRecruit, attract, hire, train, and retain talent as required to fill open positions and maintain team productivity EnablementEffectively identify enablement gaps early in the product lifecycle, providing valuable input into product plans and business requirements that best align with successful GTM planningClear roadblocks for team when collaborating with key stakeholders, keeping the product vision in mind, to identify enablement gaps, drive discussion and complete product enablement activitiesLead team to act as primary product interface with the go to market teams (GTM), responsible for aligning on GTM activities with marketing, sales operations, care, training, etc.Collaborate and develops positive working relationships with technical and non-technical teams Other:Leading special projects and engaging in stretch assignments as neededComplete required activity and sales compensation reporting as needed*Additional duties/projects as assigned by management Education:High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Work Experience:7-10 years 5+ years of Product Management or Product Architecture experience () 2-4 years 2 years experience in an Agile Pr
