Kuehne+Nagel BE Business Controlling Support in Belgrade, Serbia

Your Role

Business Controlling support is dedicated to supporting the Business with the different types of reports and analyses that will help in the decision-making process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Incoming invoice monitoring: Follow-up unacknowledged invoices, transfer the invoices to the right centers and monitor approvals of invoices

  • Outgoing invoices: Creation of some specific outgoing invoices

  • Preparation of weekly P&L: Preparation and communication of weekly result measurements

  • Support in month-end: Creating different types of accruals, internal and external renting, consumables invoicing

  • Support in the budget and forecast process: Prepare and deliver basic inputs to start up the budgeting process

  • Monthly reports: Preparing the Business Review report, overview of the turnover per customer, NP1/TO overview, productivity overview per customer

  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting

  • Support the controllers with challenging the business for the direct expenses such as facility costs and on a correct allocation between cost centers

  • Follow-up shared mailboxes together with Controlling Team in order to support other departments with daily, administrative questions

Your Skills and Experiences

  • University degree preferred in Economics

  • It is crucial to be pro-active and to reach out to your internal customers and get to the information/data needed to deliver the output. Therefore strong communication skills, in writing but -equally important- verbally are a must

  • You have good organizational skills and can work independently, you are able to properly plan the workload and deliver on time the requested information

  • You have self-critical attitude, being able to take a step back after the information creation process and double check on the outcome, to identify mistakes and/or -at first sight- unexpected outcomes

  • Previous experience in ACON is an asset

  • MS Office: you are able to use standard formulas, pivot tables, graphs, databases

  • Language skills: English – profound knowledge

  • Team player
