Description and Requirements
岗位职责
负责对大模型产品生成的风控日志、风控事件进行监控和审核，确保所有内容均符合公司的内容安全政策、法律法规以及社会伦理标准。
参与制定内容审核标准、操作流程、审核策略，并负责落地执行，不断提升审核效率。
根据公司业务场景，参与制定内容安全审核数据指标，并对指标进行监控和分析，持续推动指标落地和优化；
负责对对审核内容进行准确标注，及时发现并上报内容审核过程中的风险和问题，包括但不限于模型误判、漏判等，为模型优化提供反馈。
分析线上内容安全风险，针对发现的BadCase进行分析，并提供技术支持和优化建议，不断提升大模型产品能力。
负责审核内容安全工单，总结内容审核的经验和技巧，指导一线审核人员工作，提升审核团队整体的业务水平。
负责对大模型产品进行内容安全评估，并对结果进行标注、分析，输出评估报告。
在内容安全事件发生时，按照既定流程迅速响应，协助应急团队进行处理，确保事件得到及时妥善解决。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，专业不限，但计算机科学、数据科学、语言学、社会学等相关专业优先。
至少1年以上的内容审核、数据分析或相关领域的工作经验，有AI内容审核或社交媒体内容管理经验者优先。
具备良好的中文和英文阅读能力，能够理解和处理英文语言内容。
了解大模型AI技术及其应用，能够使用相关工具进行数据分析和报告生成。
了解互联网内容管理相关的法律法规，对数据保护和隐私保护有基本的认识，具备大模型产品工作经验者优先。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
具有快速学习新技术和新知识的能力，能够适应不断变化的工作环境。
能够在高压环境下保持稳定的工作表现，具备良好的心理素质。
能够适应轮班工作制度，包括夜班和周末工作的可能性。
