Your key responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and execute comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project by implementing risk management strategies and monitoring progress.

  • Actively engage stakeholders and build relationships, understanding their needs and maintaining effective communication throughout the project.

  • Provide direction and guidance to the project team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project records.

  • Conduct Project Governance meetings to discuss project progress, address risks and issues, make strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with Project Sponsors and Program Team.

You bring

  • +5 years of experience managing and working in transformation programs and/or projects, ideally within the HR area.

  • Experience working with different Shared Services Models.

  • Familiar with data analytics and digital technologies to provide optimized data-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels at the organization and manage change.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
