Software Architect

Key Area of Responsibilities

Participates in full process, working in pairing mode with equal. Is the technical coach of a team or domain, recognized and approached by team members. Reviews, guides and coaches others in that domain. Shares knowledge across teams. Sets quality goals and development practices with the team

Business knowledge: Has a very good awareness on business context and products. Understands clinical/application domain and systems.

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in multiple areas of the system, expert in some area

• Stakeholders: Software CoE, clients, partnership with contractors (e.g. discuss contracts). System designers/ architects Innovation: Able to generate new solutions from vague problem statements. Full ownership for creating requirements Freedom to act (level of influence): Across Teams.

• Impact and Magnitude: Can impact own and partially other teams’ results.

Technical Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience, C++, C#, WPF technical knowledge, SAFe Agile, Healthcare domain is added advantage

• Designs and creates high quality working software using C++ and/or C#/WPF/.Net in the Windows Environment and Desirable to have a WPF development experience.

• Defines architecture strategy, balancing long- and short-term views and balancing conflicting requirements (e.g. security vs. performance) in alignment with software leaders. Works with stakeholders to develop the architectural runway and spikes in support of new business features and capabilities

• Has experience in Agile Software Development methodologiesActively participates in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and backlog refinement.

• Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processes
