Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to h elp analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial , industrial, and natural resource applications. About Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Project Seller will be responsible for Municipal Pre-Bid and or Industrial project within Malaysia region, promoting full range of Hach Water Quality Platform product portfolio such as Hach, Biotector, Ez series, Trojan - Aquafine UV system etc

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

• Achieve KPI & Performance Objective set forth by senior management.

• Develop annual business plan using input from Operating Company and Sales Teams to identify and develop specific marketing tactics and commercial action plans to deliver annual growth objectives. Plans should include focus on the continued growth of the Industrial Project and Municipal Pre-bid project, new product launch plans, competitive response plans, new channel penetration plans, and demand creation plan.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in all areas of applications and associated products within functional group.

• Organize pre-sales activities and gather market information

• Ability to manage funnel management e.g. SFDC (Salesforce) & participate in sales activities to growth funnel size for Industrial Project and Municipal Pre-Bid.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with consultants and system integrators. Act as the primary point of contact for these partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities effectively.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in science, Process, Chemical Engineer or similar.

• 1-3 years’ experience in sales, primarily familiar working with consultant, EPC, SI and water industry - RODI, UPW, WWTP, DWTP, STP, Boiler water etc (with technical background)

• Able to empathize with customers, translating needs into products.

• Thorough understanding of target markets and water applications Product Lines.

• Understanding of trends impacting vertical markets and overall business.

• Experience in sales through 3rd parties.

• Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and implement strategic business plans

• Strong planning, organization, listening and communication skills

• English Proficiency required
