Overview
Chick-fil-A is looking for a Senior Technical Program Lead to drive the Product Owner function for the front of house and customer digital experience functions within our International Technology team.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative International Technology Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of restaurant point of sale (POS) and customer-facing digital technologies. As the International Technology Product Owner, you will be responsible for guiding the development team in creating cutting-edge solutions that enhance the restaurant experience and drive business growth internationally.
This role is vital for the success of our International Technology roadmaps for restaurant technology. You will be responsible for planning for our international tech footprint, aligning across divisions, working with internal and external partners, and the solution in various markets to support our international growth.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
Lead the product development lifecycle for restaurant point of sale (POS) and customer-facing digital technologies across international markets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital, restaurant, hospitality, point of sale, payments, kiosks, and mobile apps.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business objectives, and market demands.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogs.
Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing feedback and concerns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and effectiveness, and implement iterative improvements as needed.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to restaurant technology and payment systems.
Will work with other Division counterparts and may need to be available for early morning or late evening meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, restaurant operations, hospitality industry standards, point of sale systems, payments processing, self-service kiosks, and mobile application
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience leading significant technical initiative and programs
Knowledge and/or experience with development approaches and techniques
Experience in driving teams and management to decisions
Ability to understand business needs and translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent personal and relational intelligence
