Description We are in search of an efficient Property Administrator for our workplace in Carrollton, Texas. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the workplace environment, acting as the primary onsite point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. The Property Administrator will also handle scheduling and coordination of the Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center, among other responsibilities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employee inquiries, issue resolution, and feedback regarding workplace services.

• Maintain the workplace environment, aligning with the company's values and brand.

• Manage scheduling and event coordination for Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure a welcoming and functional Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center.

• Uphold safety and security procedures within the workplace.

• Prioritize and enhance employee and guest experience and services.

• Coordinate site resources, activities, events, and communications.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and streamline processes for employees.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with company objectives.

• Liaise with local leaders, vendors, and facility management to ensure seamless office operations.

• Collaborate with facility management and IT to monitor and maintain facility operation systems. Requirements • Previous experience in a Property Administrator role or similar is essential.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry, and record keeping.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in the use of property management software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of property laws and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
