GÖREV TANIMI

• Siparişlerin hazırlanmasında şefine yardımcı olur.

• Yiyeceklerin depolanması, bölünmesi ve porsiyonlara ayrılması dahil tüm hazırlık işlemlerini yapar.

• Taze meyve ve sebzeleri yıkar ve soyar.

• Yiyecekleri tarife, kalite standartlarına ve sunum standartlarına uygun ve yemek hazırlama kontrol listesine uygun olarak hazırlar ve pişirir.

• Ocakların, fırınların, mikrodalgaların, ızgaraların ve kızartma makinelerinin kullanıma hazır halde bulunmalarını sağlar.

• Yiyeceklerin yeterli miktarda pişip pişmediğini kontrol eder.

• Otelde gerçekleşen etkinlikler için tabak hazırlıklarına yardım eder.

• Çalışma bittikten sonra mutfak alanını, ekipmanları, bıçakları, masaları, araçları temizler, dezenfekte eder ve ertesi gün için kullanıma hazır olmalarını sağlar.
