The Project Leader for HemoCue is responsible for planning, coordinating and leading projects and tasks within Manufacturing Execution and Support (MES). This position is part of the Manufacturing Execution and Support organization located in Ängelholm and will be on-site on a regular basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Plan, coordinate and lead projects and tasks within MES, including:

• The Project Leader for HemoCue is responsible for planning, coordinating and leading projects and tasks within Manufacturing Execution and Support.MES segment automation, facility support, engineering change orders

• Investment project preparation, administration and presentation for Hemocue leadership organization

• Continual improvement initiatives within DBS (Danaher Business System), i.e. participate and lead Kaizens

• Sustainability initiatives

• Prestudies and investigations

• Communication with external partners, such as suppliers, property owners and the municipality

• Calibration of sensors in facility and production machinery

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Good knowledge and experience within project management

• Good knowledge within facility and property management

• Strong focus on continual improvements

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience of leading and communicating with external partners such as suppliers, property owners and the municipality

• Experience of working with computerized support systems such as OEE data, CMMS, ERP

• Experience of working within field of Medical Technology
