S&P Global Junior Specialist, Client Relations in Ahmedabad, India

The Team: Client Relations is responsible for handling inbound queries received via email and phone calls, resolving them, and/or triaging to the appropriate department when needed, and providing end-to-end support. The team is the primary contact center for internal clients and the face of S&P Global for external clients.

The Impact: This role would involve a high level of interaction with external & internal clients and coordination with the right stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate resolution for the requesters. This role demands exceptional accountability and the attitude to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Client Relations Jr. Specialist would be responsible for:

• You would be responsible for resolving billing-related queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients.

• Your additional responsibilities will include triaging billing issues and problems related to client access to our products.

• You are required to answer inbound calls and resolve/redirect them as per defined processes.

• We expect you to ensure that the request is handled within the preset department SLA and closed after client confirmation.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any background.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong research and analytical skills are critical.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills required to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.

5pm to 2am India Time working hours
