We have an opportunity for a proactive Assistant to join our highly regarded Retail Property Management team working onsite at Mount Pleasant Shopping Centre. In this key role, you will support our Centre Manager with a range of administrative duties and property related projects.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Support the day-to-day management of a nominated portfolio of retail assets including finance, tenant liaison and lease administration.

• Administration duties relating to casual leasing of Queensland based assets, including updating lease documentation, collecting insurance certificates, invoicing and reporting.

• Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants request

queries

• Assist with adhoc Centre related administrative tasks and projects as required, including relief reception duties.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

• Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders

• Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting

• Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
