We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing strategies across various platforms, promoting shopping centres for our retail property clients. You will also be responsible for our clients social media presence, crafting engaging strategies and curating content that resonates with our audience's interests and the latest trends. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the delivery of impactful digital marketing campaigns and provide reports on digital marketing performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in the growth of our digital department and offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including websites, emails, advertisements, etc.

• Manage campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

• Conduct digital reporting and research to analyze campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Oversee digital project management, including the setup of new websites and platforms.

• Drive the growth of the digital department by identifying new opportunities and expanding our service offerings.

• Provide training to clients on digital marketing best practices and strategies.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

• Develop storyboards and scripts for social media content.

• Distribute videos across various platforms, including Vimeo, social media, web, and YouTube.

• Create engaging email marketing campaigns.

• Manage website updates, fixes

• Comfortable working across different clients and brands

• Strong understand of Digital ads (Google and Facebook)

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
