Together, we won't stop! The Vice President of Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of T-Mobile. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development, this leader will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies. Tasked with leading efforts to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on growth opportunities while optimizing our core business operations, this position requires a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind and a passion for driving impactful change. * Collaborate with key senior leaders across the enterprise to develop and refine strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. * Advise senior leadership on both overarching enterprise strategies and functional strategies tailored to specific business units. * Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, with a focus on initiatives that have the potential to generate high revenue. * Lead strategic analysis projects across the enterprise, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. * Support new product ideation, assessment, and recommendations, considering build/buy/partner considerations to drive innovation and competitive advantage. * Explore opportunities to expand our reach and customer base to maximize the number of customers we serve. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential threats and opportunities. * Collaborate with department leaders to align strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution across the organization. * A proven leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shows commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. * 10 years of work experience in corporate strategic analysis * 5+ years of experience in technology, media, or telecom industry * Deep experience in financial modeling, presentations, communications and working with cross functional teams. * Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field required. * MBA or advanced degree in Finance Strategy or Marketing is preferred. Washington Pay Range : $263,700.00 - $356,700.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
