Locate Software Inc Sr Technical Program Manager in Bellevue, Washington

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal clients to understand program deliverables and actions required in order to help develop project plans and roadmaps that transform key IT activities and processes and support the timely delivery of key Digital E-Commerce capabilities and functionalities.
  • Manage the processes for providing timely program status updates, milestone reviews, action items and risk remediation plans for Digital E-Commerce group and programs.
  • Work with business partners to ensure project documentation, updates, and program communications are complete and timely, and provide updates and status from groups for the Ecommerce leadership and to key stakeholders.
  • Work with EIT organizations to remediate non-compliance, risk, and issues conditions.
  • Participate in the review process for E-Commerce operational process for changes/modifications to ensure that requirements, deliverables and capabilities are updated within delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Must be able to travel to unanticipated client sites in the US. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Project/Program Management or in a closely related field, plus 3 years of work as Sr. Technical Product /Project Manager or a closely related occupation.

Alternate Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Project/Program Management or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of work experience in the job offered or as Sr. Technical Product /Project Manager or a closely related occupation.

  • Agile and Scrum Knowledge
  • Professional experience working with Scrum Team(s)
  • Experience in conducting Scrum ceremonies such as product backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Professionally Certified by Scrum Alliance or similar authority
  • Business Acumen
  • Prior experience working as an IT Project Manager and demonstrated skills in Financial Reporting and Cost Planning
  • Budget preparation and implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading E-Commerce Projects
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects requiring consistent stakeholder engagement.
  • Project Management Methodology
  • Professional work experience leading and managing large scale projects.
  • Professional Certification in Project Management Professional from PM Institute
  • Knowledgeable about Project management and Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • E-Commerce domain knowledge
  • Experience working on end-to-end architecture of an E-Commerce Business from Web design, UI/UX, Cart, Checkout and Payment gateway integration
  • Experienced in managing Web and Application development (front/back end)
  • Worked on Projects involving Bill pay and Point of Sale application and Online cart integrations.
  • Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education.
  • Must be able to travel 5-10% to unanticipated client sites in the US to attend meetings and conferences. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.
